AWARD PODIUM PRESENTATION

Please submit your structured abstract summary of the study strictly following the template and requirements outlined below.

Abstract Template Structure
  • Word Count: Maximum 250 words (excluding Title, Authors, Affiliation, E-mail, Mobile number, and References).
  • Title Format: Complete title. Do not write in inverted commas or capitals except for the first character of the title and the character beginning after a colon.
  • Authors & Affiliation: Full name (Author 1, Author 2...), Department and Institute/Hospital, City, State, Country, along with corresponding author's Email and Mobile.
  • Background and aims: Mention what is known and what is intended to be assessed; specify aim and objective clearly.
  • Methods: Include Ethical Committee approval, trial registration, patient consent, settings and design, interventions, and statistical analysis used.
  • Results: Mention P values, SD with Mean, IQR with Median along with 95% confidence interval.
  • Conclusion: Based on Primary Objective.
  • References & Keywords: Up to 2 relevant latest references and 3 to 5 appropriate MeSH keywords.
  • Tables/Figures: Maximum of two tables/figures with clear legends.

  • Language: Use UK English uniformly (e.g., anaesthesia, haemoglobin, programme, haemodynamics).
  • Abbreviations: Spell out fully with the abbreviation in brackets on first citation.
  • Originality: Perform a plagiarism check before submission. The paper must not have been presented elsewhere.
  • AI Policy: Generative AI tools are strictly prohibited for writing/preparation. AI-assisted tools are restricted only to language and grammar editing (undertaking required).
  • Publication Status: The full paper must not be published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

Please submit your structured summary of case or innovation according to the specifications below.

Abstract Template Structure

  • Cases/Case/Description (for innovation): Include detailed clinical information of cases/case/innovations and explicitly mention patient consent.
  • Conclusion: Concise summary of findings.
  • References & Keywords: Up to 2 relevant latest references and 3 to 5 appropriate MeSH keywords.
  • Figure/Table: Maximum of one figure/table with a descriptive legend.
